Refunds
What you can ask for, how to ask, and exactly what happens to your access when money moves back. The second half of this page describes the automatic behaviour, including the parts that do not go our way.

Write to connect@jarrettheintz.com within 14 days of your purchase and say what you bought and why it is not working for you. You do not need a reason we agree with.
There is no form and no automated queue. A person reads it and answers.
Outside that window, ask anyway. A course that was misdescribed, never opened, or never delivered is our problem whenever you find it, and it gets refunded.
Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or account that paid, because that is the only route we have. We cannot pay a refund to a different card, and we do not hold store credit.
Once approved, expect five to ten business days for it to appear, depending on your bank. We can see that we sent it; we cannot make your bank post it faster.
This part is automatic, and it is worth reading before you ask, because the outcome is different in each case:
Your purchase is refunded in full. Access to what that payment bought is withdrawn automatically, as soon as Stripe tells us the refund went through. You keep anything you bought with a different payment.
Part of your purchase is refunded. Access is not withdrawn. A partial refund is a price adjustment, not a cancellation, so handing back part of a bundle does not delete the bundle. The refund is flagged for a person to check, and we will write to you if the access needs to change.
You dispute the charge with your bank. Access is withdrawn straight away, when the dispute is opened rather than when it is decided. The funds are already held at that point, so the course closes while the dispute runs. You keep anything you bought with a different payment.
A dispute is closed, including one decided in our favour. Nothing happens automatically. Access is not restored by the system, because it cannot tell a resolved billing mix-up from a fraud report. Email us and a person will put it back.
A dispute closes the course that payment bought, immediately, and takes weeks to resolve, and winning one does not reopen the course by itself. You keep anything you bought with a different payment. An email is faster in every case, including the case where we are in the wrong.
If you do not recognise a charge from us, connect@jarrettheintz.com will identify it the same way your bank would, without the wait.
If a dispute has already been opened and settled and you want your access back, say so in an email and a person will restore it. Nothing restores it automatically.
A refund on a group purchase is handled with whoever paid. What it withdraws automatically is narrower than you might expect, so it is worth stating exactly: a refund reaches only the access rows that carry the refunded payment, which means the buyer's own seats from that purchase.
Seats a manager assigned afterwards, through the roster import, the seat list, or an operator grant, carry no payment reference at all. A refund does not touch them, and those learners stay enrolled until somebody removes them. Removing them is a deliberate step: a seat manager can do it from the seat list, or write to us and a person will. Partial refunds withdraw nothing automatically either; we agree which seats change and then make the change by hand.
This page is the money half of the agreement. What your purchase licenses, and for how long, is at /terms.
